Maximum Impact

The maxi dress: An informal dress that is floor or ankle length (Wiktionary.com). But is it a man-repeller? Gentlemen, if any of you are reading this, please, weigh in!

As a short, petite girl, all 5 feet and 1 and half inches of me cannot spare to lose any inches. Which is why I avoid wearing long dresses and especially long skirts which visually shave off those precious inches.

But this dress! Low v-neck, high-low hem and lace up back...oh my! All my favorite elements are in one dress which is Coachella-ready with a Panama hat, or really any summer music festival. Or better yet, throw it into your suitcase on your next sunny wanderlust adventure. Short girls take note: the less billowy, the better to elongate the body. This is one situation where less is more...for maxi-mum impact.
